Gather outside Dillon Brothers - Picnic tables for a short meeting.

Then head down to 100 Block - Council Bluffs as a chapter.

Current forcast for the rally is mix of cluds and sun in the morning

giving way to a few showers in the afternoon.  High of 72 degrees.
